Infrastructure Facility
Global Landmark has established a modular, secure and fail safe network with high-speed data communication links, which facilitate connectivity to our customer's sites through the network hubs located in San Ramon, Boston and Bristol.
Global Landmark undertakes most of its development on Linux, Windows, Sun Solaris, HP-Unix and IBM AIX platforms. Global Landmark also has in-house facilities and expertise on legacy platforms like IBM AS/400, S/390 and Unisys Clear Path servers. Global Landmark has Oracle, Informix and SQL Server databases, and uses Apache, Weblogic and websphere as predominant app servers. Various tools from Rational, Microsoft and other vendors are used based on the project specific requirements.
Global Landmark India has a well equipped Test Lab set to test the performance of Internet applications built by Global Landmark, under high-load conditions, by simulating a large number of simultaneous users and recording the performance of the application. The test lab is fully equipped in terms of hardware, software and testing tools like rational performance test studio and J-test.
Global Landmark offers dedicated help desk services. The customers in North America can reach the help desk 24/7 using a Toll Free number for support.
Training
Global Landmark provides an account level induction for all the new employees joining the Manufacturing Vertical. Specific in house and external training is conducted periodically to build and boost domain knowledge based competencies to understand latest business/IT trends and technologies in the Manufacturing domain.
