In pursuance of its quality objectives, Global Landmark has also embarked
upon the Six Sigma Initiatives to bring about a significant magnitude
of improvements to its quality processes and deliverables. This
initiative is expected to result in substantial value addition
as well as measurable and quantifiable benefits to our global
clientele.
Global Landmark has institutionalized quality practices in its comprehensive Business Management System (BMS). The BMS is a comprehensive process framework that leverages the proven SEI-CMMi practices to create superior value for our customer. The Business Management System (BMS) comprises of the project delivery procedures, people procedures and infrastructure security procedures.
Global Landmark has independent teams for Quality Assurance and Process Management called SQA (Software Quality Assurance) and PMG (Process Management Group), which caters to verification, validation and process compliance to Global Landmark’s BMS. SQA is an independent group responsible for the quality of deliverables and reports directly to the Quality Head of the organization. All project deliverables undergo SQA review before delivery to the customer. SQA conducts reviews of requirement specifications, design documents, software code as well as test plans and test cases. SQA carries out testing activities to validate the software and deliverables prior to customer release.
